It has been just over a decade since Clayton Christensen published The Innovator's Dilemma and introduced the world to the concept of "disruptive innovation." In that time, the consulting firm he co-founded, Innosight LLC, has worked with such leading companies as P&G, J&J, General Motors, Credit Suisse, Pepsi, Scripps Publishing, Citrix, Sage Software, and the Singapore Ministry of Finance to turn those early theories into proven management practices.
In this interactive discussion, Kevin Bolen, a Senior Director with Innosight, will share with us the foundations of disruptive innovation, case examples from a variety of recognizable companies, and best practices for institutionalizing innovation within your firm. The topics will include:
- Principles of Disruptive Innovation
- Identifying Jobs-to-be-Done and removing barriers to consumption
- Organization models that best support a culture of innovation
- Talent and performance management considerations
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Networking
